"It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that swing!"
What is Jazz?
Jazz is a combination of modern Broadway, lyrical and hip hop dance styles. It draws from lively, pulsating and percussive pop rhythm, transforming dancers into percussive musicians.
Jazz is a fun high energy class that teaches students choreography using pop and contemporary music. Using percussive and rhythmic components, the class incorporates elements of ballet and modern dance to give it a smooth, lengthened look and lyrical quality.
